How MI6 works (mechanics)

- Initial supply (per network): 1,000,000,000 MI6 (minted to treasury at deploy).
- Emission (discovery-phase): mintNextEmission() mints exactly 10% of current supply to treasury; the owner can only raise mintInterval, or finalize to disable emissions forever.
- After discovery: optional reserve fund; discretionary burns via burnFromTreasury(amount); progressively higher emission floor.
- Governance: starts owner-led; evolves with published rules and community input; all changes pre-announced on official channels.
